We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

  • Canada

If your country is not listed at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to your location.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Misguided Youth currently uses Shopify's standard carrier-calculated shipping rates to provide accurate and competitive delivery pricing.

All shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.


Estimated Delivery Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (where available): 1–4 business days

New Zealand

  • 5–10 business days

United States & Canada

  • 7–15 business days

United Kingdom

  • 7–15 business days

Please note these delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.


International Orders

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or GST

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Misguided Youth is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied and an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

Misguided Youth is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Misguided Youth is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Industrial action

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
