RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Change of Mind Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you've changed your mind, we offer store credit or an exchange subject to the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.

Original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.

Sale, clearance, promotional, and gift card purchases cannot be returned for change of mind.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or exchange.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the problem
Where a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law. (ACCC)
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. (ACCC)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Items with tags removed

Final sale or clearance items

Our team will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Misguided Youth will cover reasonable return shipping costs. (ACCC)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
